Animated Glitch Art

In my Studio 4D Art class, we were taught how to make the ever-so-popular glitch art, only animated. It's interesting how it's done. The coding of a .jpg is changed to create these glitches. This animation was done using several of the same pic and features Utada Hikaru, one of my favorite singers. The effect was interesting, to say the least!
